    From Our Beginning in 1981, to Now, and Beyond

However, one thing has remained the same throughout our entire evolution, a dedication to quality printing and customer satisfaction.     Where We Started

    President and founder Kevin McGrath launched North Arlington Press in 1981 from his family’s garage. Within a few short years, the company grew into a 1,500 square foot facility. Over the next decade, the business continued to thrive and by 1995 the business expanded into its current 11,700 square foot location in Crystal Lake becoming McGrath Press.

    Ongoing Success

    In 2005, McGrath Press added an apparel division called Double K Tees. This expansion added screen printing, direct-to-garment printing, embroidery, and cut vinyl to the company’s list of services.

    Continuous Evolution

    In 2012, we combined McGrath Press and Double K Tees into one entity called McGrath Printing | Custom Apparel to give our customers an even broader menu of printing and apparel options. Combining these two companies creates a single source for the widest variety of products with the highest level of customer service available in the industry.
